About me

My story
For most of my life, I was oblivious to the way pain can take over your life. My body felt pretty good most of the time, despite some whiplashes in my early 20s. I could dance and go to the gym without a second thought. It only took a moment for that to change. I was out with friends at hotel-bar, drinking and enjoying myself. I was getting tipsy and a little wobbly, but was having fun dancing around, perched on a bar stool. Suddenly, I found myself on the ground. Ouch! Had I really just slipped off? My ego hurt. Even more, my tailbone hurt. A lot. It turned out the ligaments surrounding my sacrum were severely injured.
Oh, the shame, the embarrassment, the guilt and the deep pain of being me! So much went through my body and mind during that fraction of second and it's exactly what I needed to make some life changing realization.
Per the doctor's order, on bedrest for too many days, healing and doing [almost] nothing, I've got to reflect on my [past] life to finally choose to stop the pain! All the physical, psychological and emotional pain that I was enduring. I did not know how I was going to achieve that immensely big goal, but one thing for sure, I had enough, and I was going to find my means-whereby! It was my wakeup call! I was determined to get to know my true self and to learn to take better care of my person. It was so unclear yet slowly but surely things got clearer and clearer as I surrounded myself by inspiring and kind professionals.
Today, I am more inhabiting my wholesomeness and in touch with my emotions and cognitive capabilities. What a relief! With all the learning I am doing, I get to craft my future life, my goals, my dreams!
Through my own healing, I have had the opportunity to study human beings from different angles. Surrounding myself with experienced masters, mentors, teachers, therapists, coaches and healers, my whole self is getting much better. I feel called to offer my care to the world, with all humility, like the world offered care to me.
Today, I am proud to call myself a certified teacher of the Alexander Technique, a certified Life Coach, and a certified Energy Practitioner. I offer an in-person, or an online accompaniment tailored to your needs. I also host online and in-person communities to extend my practice to more people.
I am passionate about studying neuroscience, human behaviors, and I like to believe that I am proliferating in Nonviolent communication (Marshall Rosenberg method).
I am proud to be sober from alcohol and nicotine since 2020. I get to continuously recover from habitual detrimental patterns and traumatic past experiences with a clearer mind.
I love spending family time in nature with my sweet better half, our two young boys, our two dogs, and our bearded dragon. I ride motorcycles, hike, play guitar, and enjoy admiring a colorful sunset.
I strongly believe in togetherness for a more peaceful world. To me it starts with the decision to rise above by confronting my fears, embrace change, and forge ahead with courage and resilience.
Thanks for being here and getting to know my practice better. I am looking forward to getting to know you through a free introductory call.
